10.00 – 10.15 : Welcome drink with coffee husk tea and program orientation.
10.15 – 10.45 : Trekking through coffee farms while learning about Arabica Kintamani terroir.
10.45 – 11.15 : Participate in post-harvest practice — sorting, processing, and roasting demo.
11.15 – 11.45 : Join cupping and sensory training exploring the flavor wheel.
11.45 – 12.15 : Guest speaker session from a coffee/gastronomy practitioner.
12.15 – 12.45 : Coffee pairing demo and service roleplay with local food.
12.45 – 13.00 : Reflection and e-certificate distribution.
