Itinerary

09.00 – 09.30 : Welcome drink with Salak juice and short introduction.

09.30 – 10.30 : Walking tour through salak plantations and local farms.

10.30 – 11.30 : Arak workshop — fermentation and distillation demo + arak tasting (3 variants).

11.30 – 12.30 : Salak wine tasting — 2 local variants and innovation session.

12.30 – 13.00 : Cultural sharing on Tri Hita Karana philosophy and souvenir exchange.

13.00 : Closing and free time.
